George Chambers A Cardiff Locksmith and Security Fitter You Can Trust Hello, I am George Chambers (Locksmith Cardiff). For the past fifteen years, I was employed as a security fitter for the crime prevention charity ‘Safer Wales’ at which time I worked with a huge cross-section of society. During this employment, I have worked with vulnerable adults, tenants, local authorities, housing associations, landlords and commercial property owners.I was also lucky enough to have the fantastic opportunity to be trained as a Master Locksmith by the MLA - (Master Locksmiths Association). My initial worries were managing to fit in the training requirements, passing the exams, all whilst working full time. It wasn't long before I became hooked on locksmithing.I learnt that Locksmithing as a trade has a rich and vibrant history dating back to the ancient Egyptians. I relished the challenge of learning specialist practical skills, together with the fascinating accompanying theory. Once qualified, I was able to impart my knowledge by becoming a trainer at Safer Wales.
